فكرة قديمة ظلت في رؤوس الكثير من أفراد العائلة بعض الوقت الى أن جاء وقت خروجها في أواخر سنة 2001 حيث اجتمع نخبة من شباب العائلة وتدارسوا كيفية تنفيذها واتفقوا على جمع المال اللازم من كل موظف ومقتدر في إجتماع ضم العديد من أفراد العائلة هب الكثير منهم بدفع المال ملبيا مقتنعا بالفكرة. ساهم في شراء وبناء الديوان حوالي 200 فردا من العائلة. ولم يمض كثير من الوقت ففي بداية سنة 2002 تم شراء أرض في منطقة الزهراء تصلح لأن تكون موقعا لديوان عائلة الأنصاري يجمعهم وأحباءهم وأقرباءهم.
